Deutsche Bank's call warrants on Bursa

the German bank said it planned to issue 200 million Genting Bhd CWs, 100 million Hang Seng China Enterprises Index CWs, 100 million Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings Ltd CWs, 150 million Bursa Malaysia Bhd CWs, 150 million Hang Seng Index CWs and 200 million Hong Kong Stock Exchange & Clearing Ltd CWs.

The CWs offered are all European-style cash-settled, meaning that the derivatives may only be exercised on the expiry date. Profits or losses made upon the exercise of the warrants would be settled by cash.
